How much is membership?
Membership is $55 per month.
What discount do members receive?
Active members receive 10% off eligible purchases at Energy Oracle Café.
How do I join?
Customers can enroll through the “Join Membership” button on the Energy Oracle Café website.
Please have this button connected to the recurring membership checkout once the payment platform is established.
How will my membership renew?
Membership will automatically renew monthly using the payment method provided during enrollment.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Members may cancel their membership before their next billing date to prevent the next monthly charge. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable.
Can I share my membership?
No. Memberships are for the individual registered member and cannot be transferred or shared.
Do you offer a senior discount?
Yes. Customers 55 and older receive 20% off eligible café purchases with valid identification. No monthly membership is required for the senior discount.
Can discounts be combined?
Membership, senior, promotional, and other discounts cannot be combined. The highest applicable discount will be honored.
Does membership guarantee admission to every event?
No. Some events may have limited capacity, require registration, or have a separate admission fee. Members may receive special pricing, priority access, or exclusive invitations when specified.
When does my membership become active?
Membership benefits begin once enrollment and the first monthly payment are successfully completed.
